Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the standards and rules for using TCGX LTD's web application (the “Platform”). It applies to all users, including stores and sellers. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

• 1. General Principles

  Users must:

  • Use the Platform in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including UK law and international regulations.
  • Ensure that any information submitted is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

• 2. Prohibited Uses

  You may not use the Platform to:

  a) Illegal or Unlawful Activity

  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
  • Sell or attempt to sell stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
  • Violate intellectual property rights (e.g., selling fake branded goods).
  
  

  b) Harmful Conduct

  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform or its services.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or abuse the Platform.
  
  

  c) Misrepresentation

  • Provide false or misleading information in buylists or submissions.
  • Impersonate another person, business, or entity.
  • Mislead other users about items, prices, or availability.
  
  

  d) Abuse of the Platform

  • Spam stores, sellers, or other users.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any user.
  • Use the Platform for unrelated advertising or promotion.

• 3. Responsibilities of Stores

  • Publish buylists containing prohibited or illegal items.
  • Misrepresent prices, terms, or purchasing ability.
  • Use the Platform to collect data from sellers without genuine intent to transact.

• 4. Responsibilities of Sellers

  • Submit items they do not own or cannot legally sell.
  • Provide false descriptions or condition reports of items.
  • Attempt to manipulate store buylists or offers dishonestly.

• 5. Monitoring & Enforcement

  We reserve the right to monitor activity on the Platform to ensure compliance.

  If we suspect a violation, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Suspend or terminate your account.
  • Remove any content in breach of this Policy.
  • Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

• 6. No Liability for User Conduct

  We are not responsible for the actions or content of users. All transactions are handled directly between stores and sellers, outside the Platform.

• 7. Changes to This Policy

  We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
