  Any agreements made between stores and sellers are entirely at their own risk.

  Any disputes, claims, or disagreements that arise between stores and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties involved. We are not obligated to mediate, intervene, or provide refunds, compensation, or enforcement.

  • Losses, damages, or claims arising out of use of the Platform.
  • Financial loss, fraud, or misrepresentation by stores or sellers.
